For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Any returned product must remain in it's shrink wrapped cover. If the shrink wrapping has been tampered with or removed a refund will not be issued; (ii) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (iii) any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
